The subversive gardener provides a platform to educate and inspire individuals of all ages to develop creative design solutions to agricultural problems. We design products that explore environmental justice with the aim of promoting discussion and creating awareness about sustainable urban agricultural practices and guerrilla gardening interventions worldwide. We conduct workshops for participants who wish to develop gardening tools and technologies that foster sustainable gardening practices in their community. We provide semester-long curriculums designed for individuals of all ages and skill sets — from primary and middle school children to undergraduate and graduate students — who wish to develop gardening tools and technologies that foster sustainable gardening practices in their communities.
