PPa is a social enterpreneurship project led by the NGO itwillbe.org and designed in collaboration with multiple NGOs. It consists of a technological solution that brings to the humanitarian field the possibility of integrating into their projects advanced biometric technology in order to identify and register its beneficiaries with great accuracy and secure way. This system consists of an app linked to a multifactorial biometrical recognition software (palmar, facial, and fingerprint) which is highly accurate on children, as it runs on a biometric engine that reads the vein pattern on hands, which doesn’t vary since childhood. The app also includes a system of key data collection and analysis of the individual – 12 fields associated to their biometric pattern, which are encrypted and transmitted to a database with 4 user levels, which vary depending on permissions. It is portable and autonomous, allowing for its implementation in small to large organizations even remote areas
