ULINK is a tool for project-based offices that helps to allocate tasks and encourages workload sharing based on real-time measurement of individual and group stress. The system consists of a webcam stress monitoring device, an electronic display of team stress levels and a touch-sensitive device, which maps individuals’ stress levels, allowing workers to notify teammates in times of high stress and supporting the effective distribution of tasks.
