The goal of this design is to create an ergonomic travel pillow, by not challenging the current manufacturing technics and workflow. By applying intuitive design language, the shape itself guides end users to understand how to use it spontaneously. And thanks to the unique CABLE-TIE structure, it provides extraordinary foam and support under users’ neck and head. And it makes a quick nap in any type of cabin a healthier and more comfortable experience. Plus, since we worked on easy-manufacturing in almost all sewing and assembling steps on the assembly line. It is no hard for any mid-level workers to finish a proper quality one in time with less pre-assembly-line training, compared with a standard foam pillow. And the workers actually earn more money per hour by making this type of pillow. It is a typical model of our product philosophy. By challenging only the way to use an everyday product, besides creating a unique user experience, we also try to benefit the industry chain.
