Familydialogue is an interactive online dialogue platform that empowers public service systems to create cross functional content, enabling them to improve the lives of marginalized children through better cooperation and a move away from the previous “silo mentality”. The Familydialogue platform enables and facilitates the co-ordination of care for children at the earliest stage possible. It integrates the family and their network as the primary actors in the co-creation of the child’s welfare, giving them a clear picture of their collaboration with the professionals involved. The professionals’ communication with the involved participants is optimized through a common method and open access to the platform which gives space to share the relevant information and planning.
