In dealing with the oil spill, the " oil boom " have an important role in each process. To prevent the spread of oil has always been its main function, but in the process, there are always many complicated preparation process, resulting in the speed of laying can not keep up with the speed of oil pollution. How to simplify and solve these problems is the main point of my design.
