We set out to create a design tool that can support the integration process based on greater cultural and social dialogue of the values from different cultures. Through playful dialogue it supports understanding between the participants with different cultural background in a balanced way and with mutual respect. It gives the participants an opportunity to explain about both written and unwritten 'rules' within 4 categories from their own country: social life, working life, family life and emotional life. The dialogue tool can be used in language schools, high schools, educational institutions and in the workplace cafeteria etc. It can be used in a large classroom group or just two people from different cultures together. The development of the tool has been supported financially by Kolding Municipality's Integration Fund. The Tool is developed in a userdriven designprocess with trainees from the Language School in Kolding and 'Job & Language' and with students from the high School KG.
