Upcycling of Glass Material - AH Insulation Block
Insulation Material by waste glass, from glass of TV panel or mobile phone such as iPhone and iPad.
“AH” Lightweight Insulation Block is made from recycled LCD glass, from TV panel or mobile phone such as iPhone and iPad, which is environmentally-friendly and do not contain any toxic by-products such as asbestos and formaldehyde. It is a 100% green product and is certified non-combustible, having attained a 132 minutes fire rating by TUV SUD PSB Pte Ltd, Singapore. Our product has undergone an acoustics lab test, obtaining a noise reduction coefficient (NRC) rating of 0.45 and a sound reduction index (STC) of 40 dBa. “AH” Lightweight Block reduces up to 50% of the average weight of partition walls(0.3g/cm3), ceiling blocks and fire doors. It is a excellent heat insulator and the indoor temperature difference between its external walls can potentially achieve an average of more than 15 degrees. The blocks do not produce any toxic smoke in any unforeseen cases of burning. It is used for residential buildings, laboratories, petrochemical industries, marine industries, boiler rooms.
