GlycoSpot enzyme screening kits provide high-throughput , reproducible solutions for enzyme screening in a simple 4 step procedure. Results are obtained as a ready-to-read colourimetric output in microwell format. GlycoSpot has developed a new generation of solid chromogenic polymer hydrogel (CPH) substrates based on chlorotriazine dyes, and utilized them in conjunction with 96-well filter plates, to create a high-throughput assay system. Each substrate can be produced in one of four colours, and different coloured substrates can be combined in a single well. This technology can be applied to a wide variety of polysaccharides and is ideal for first-level screening of GHs, LPMOs and proteases.
