The Flow™ beehive has been developed by father and son beekeepers Stuart and Cedar Anderson on the North Coast of NSW, Australia. Flow hive, a futuristic beehive design that responded to a national shortage of honey due to the ongoing drought.
NOTE: Flow™ is the first honey device that had been introduced since 1852 that eliminated smoking bees and dismantling the hive to remove the honey.

Flow™
The design of the Flow™system enables fresh honey to flow directly out of the hive into a jar.
A revolutionary design of the Flow™system makes the extraction of honey far less stressful for the bees and so much easier for the beekeeper. By simply turning the Flow™ key pure, fresh honey flows right out of the hive and into your jar. Through the clear end-frame viewing point, you can see when the honey is ready without opening up the hive. No mess, no heavy lifting, and no expensive processing equipment. The extraction process is so gentle, the bees barely notice at all. A Flow™ Hive is our term for a standard beehive that has Flow™ frames in the honey storage part (super). A honeybee hive is usually made up of; the brood box where the queen bee lays eggs, and the ‘supers’ with honeycomb for the storage of honey. A ‘Flow™ Super’ is a beehive box using Flow™ Frames that the bees store honey in.
