Cobrio Project
Business model & creative tool for developing & marketing of in-house products in social institution
With the collaboration and communication concept “Cobrio” Toolbox concept works interdisciplinary in form of workshop with designers, disabled and workshop’s trainers to develop the new in-house products for sheltered workshop. The outcome of the collaboration is not only a new collection but also a chance for disabled to step out and communicate with their community. Through this integration in their workplace they can gain more self-esteem and autonomy in their work. Cobrio aimed to connect the disabled to their community. Their product’s background, wishes or ideas as co-developer will be passed along. With Cobrio the deficiency won’t be viewed as a burden but be accomplished as a positive value for the inclusive society. The concept’s principle is flexible and customisable to different topic questions and social organisation. Cobrio is customised and applied to the social Institution such as sheltered workshop, youth workshop, or prison in Germany.
